Our newsletter contains our newest brochures, trade fairs, specifications and lots of inspiration regarding how you can use our solutions. We always make an effort to send interesting and relevant content.
You can of course unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link included in every newsletter, or by sending your request to the email address above.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, you provide your name and email address. We use these data to send the newsletter to you and to personalise the content.
Information regarding your use of the newsletters – including whether the newsletter link is opened, for how long it is open, when the email/newsletter is deleted and if links are clicked – is collected anonymously by our IT-system. We use these data to improve our service by customising the content to the recipient’s interests.
The legal basis for our collecting/storing/processing of your personal data is Article 6 (1) of the General Data Protection Regulation, points b and f.
We wish to generate interest in our company with our newsletter.
Your personal data is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, the data stored by us and by our data processor is deleted.
We use the MailChimp platform to send out newsletters. MailChimp is therefore considered our data processor. Read more about our transfer basis below.
Since we use MailChimp – located in the USA – as a platform for sending out newsletters, your data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA.
MailChimp is a member of the Privacy Shield Framework, which forms the transfer basis for our transfer of your personal data to MailChimp.

You have the right to gain insight into the data that we are processing on you, etc.
You have the right to get incorrect data on you deleted according to Article 16 in the General Data Protection Regulation.
You have the right to have your data that we store – or that our data processor stores (if we have exchanged data with such) – deleted according to Article 17 in the General Data Protection Regulation. You can exercise this right by unsubscribing from our newsletter, and we will make sure to inform our data processor (if we have exchanged data with such) that your data must be deleted if you unsubscribe from our newsletter.
You have the right to have our processing of your data limited according to Article 18 in the General Data Protection Regulation.
In some cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data according to Article 21 in the General Data Protection Regulation. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing.
